Fund (Cayman) SPC, P.O. Box 309GT, Ugland House, South Church Street,
George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands (Amber Capital LLP is the
manager entrusted with the independent management of Amber Master
Fund (Cayman) SPC which is the legal owner of the shares) informed
