P&I passes its iSeries software LOGA/400 to the Infoniqa Group.

The Austrian iSeries specialists and long-standing partner of P&I AG,
Wiesbaden is to take over the service and support for around 600
customers, former IBM payroll users, on the AS/400 platform.

Wiesbaden (euro adhoc) - P&I AG, one of the leading providers of HR
management software, purchased the rights to the AS/400 IBM Lohn
payroll software in the year 2000. Support for the round 600 LOGA/400
customers, provided by P&I over the past eight years, is now being
passed to the Infoniqa Group.

In recent years, P&I has placed ever-increasing emphasis on the
further development and sales of its client/server and web-based
all-in-one solutions - P&I LOGA / P&I HCM - which include payroll,
integrated time management and HR management, and currently serve
3000 customers.

LOGA/400 is a straightforward iSeries platform, used at present by
roughly 600 businesses. P&I has therefore decided to withdraw from
LOGA/400, which no longer fulfils a strategic role, handing it on to
a professional partner operating in the iSeries area.

In the Infoniqa Group, P&I has found a competent iSeries specialist
for the provision of continued support for the LOGA/400 customers.
The Infoniqa Group has been one of P&I's partners for many years
through its subsidiary, LGVsoft HR Dienstleistungen GmbH, which
services LOGA Vplus, the Austrian iSeries payroll accounting
software. Infoniqa is looking forward to being active in this new
business area.

P&I's CEO Vasilios Triadis states: "It is a matter of importance to
