Zürich (euro adhoc) - ATMC Co. (King Abdulaziz St. Cross 10 Al Lokman
Building 4th floor No:14, www.atmc-telecom.com) the subsiadiary of
Tunc Holding AG in Saudi Arabia has signed a new contract with
Alcatel Cit & Lucent on 27th May 2008. (Tahran Street, Al - Diwan
Building, PO Box 2122, Al - Khobar, 31952, KSA www.alcatel.com). The
agreement is part of a project of Alcatel Cit & Lucent about
implementation of new GSM network in Saudi Arabia. The contract
comprises a value of US $ 7 m. It contains turnkey services, civil
work for base transceiver system sites and infrastructure services.
At the first stage ATMC Co. is going to start building 40 sites with
estimated value of US $ 3 m. It is expected ATMC Co. to built 100
sites with estimated value of US $ 7 m. in scope of the project.

Tunc Holding AG was founded in November 2007 and provides engineering
and support services in the area of telecommunications systems
through its seven subsidiaries. The Tunc Holding subsidiaries are
active in twelve countries in Asia Minor, Western and Central Asia as
well as in Eastern Europe. Tunc Telekomünikasyon A.S. as operational
nerve centre of the group is located in Ankara, Turkey. The Turkish
subsidiary operates as highly qualified provider in the GSM sector
since 1992. The services include a broad range from site survey and
infrastructure to the implementation and maintenance of
telecommunications systems. Since 1996 the activities have been
continuously expanded to include the area of electricity distribution
systems with associated services, renewable energy and internet
technology.
