Election of supervisory board

Bad Soden, June 5, 2008 - The annual general meeting of TRIPLAN
(ISIN: DE 0007499303) has elected Peter Fritsch, Chief Financial
Officer of BEKO Holding AG, Austria, as member of the supervisory
board, today. Fritsch follows Professor Joachim W. Hohmann, who
retires with the end of today´s AGM. Hohmann was Chairman of the
supervisory board. Hohmann will be available for TRIPLAN as an
external advisor. Peter Fritsch was elected with 98.70 percent of the
voting rights.
Peter Brogle was confirmed as a member of the supervisory board by
today´s AGM. Brogle replaces the retired member of the supervisory
board, Dieter Kunkel, who switched to the supervisory board of
TRIPLAN Ingenieure AG, Switzerland. Peter Brogle was elected with
98.79 percent of the voting rights and will be the new chairman of
TRIPLAN´s supervisory board.
