Guernsey, GY1 3BQ, Channel Islands) hereby submits the following
notification pursuant to sec. 21, 22 WpHG:

The voting interest within the meaning of sec. 21 para. 1 sentence
1 WpHG of RBC Holdings (Channel Islands) Ltd. in D+S europe
AG, Hamburg, Germany (address: Kapstadtring 10, 22297 Hamburg,
Germany) exceeded

- on April 18, 2008 the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% and, on
this date, amounted to 16.79% of the voting rights (6,308,500
shares). All such voting rights are attributed to RBC Holdings
(Channel Islands) Ltd. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No.
1, para. 3 WpHG from shares held by Pyramus S.à r.l.,
Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

- on April 21, 2008 the thresholds of 20% and 25% and, on this date,
amounted to 28.17% of the voting rights (11,504,500
shares). Thereof, 23.45% (9,579,500 shares) are attributed to
RBC Holdings (Channel Islands) Ltd. pursuant to sec. 22 para.
1 sentence 1 No. 1, para. 3 WpHG from shares held by Pyramus S.à
r.l. and 4.71% (1,925,000 shares) are attributed to RBC
Holdings (Channel Islands) Ltd. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence
1 No. 2, sentence 2 and 3 WpHG from shares held by Deutsche Bank
AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

- on April 23, 2008 the threshold of 30% and, on this date, amounted
to 30.19% of the voting rights (12,329,500 shares). Thereof,
23.45% (9,579,500 shares) are attributed to RBC Holdings (Channel
Islands) Ltd. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1,
para. 3 WpHG from shares held by Pyramus S.à r.l and 6.73%
(2,750,000 shares) are attributed to RBC Holdings (Channel Islands)
Ltd. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 2, sentence 2 and 3
WpHG from shares held by Deutsche Bank AG.

- on June 3, 2008 the threshold of 50% and, on this date, amounted to
50.34% of the voting rights (20,559,939 shares). All such voting
rights are attributed to RBC Holdings (Channel Islands) Ltd.
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1, para. 3 WpHG from
shares held by Pyramus S.à r.l.

- on July 14, 2008 the threshold of 75% and, on this date, amounted
to 85.45% of the voting rights (34,900,402 shares). All
such voting rights are attributed to RBC Holdings (Channel
Islands) Ltd. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1, para.
3 WpHG from shares held by Pyramus S.à r.l.

The respective voting rights attributed to RBC Holdings (Channel
Islands) Ltd. are held through the following companies and
partnerships whose respective voting interest in D+S europe AG
amounts to 3% or more respectively, whereby (i) RBC Trust Company
(International) Ltd. and RBC Trustees (Guernsey) Limited (see lit.
(a) and (b) below), are directly or indirectly controlled by
RBC Holdings (Channel Islands) Ltd. (ii) Apax Guernsey (HoldCo) Ltd.
(see lit. (c) below) is a company directly held by RBC Trustees
(Guernsey) Limited in their capacity as trustees of The Hirzel
III Trust, a trust established under Guernsey law, and (iii)
the remaining companies and partnerships mentioned below are, in
turn, directly or indirectly controlled by Apax Guernsey (HoldCo)
Ltd.:

a) RBC Trust Company (International) Ltd.;

b) RBC Trustees (Guernsey) Limited in their capacity as trustees of The
Hirzel III Trust;

c) Apax Guernsey (HoldCo) Ltd.;
