P&I and ADP expand cooperation at European level

Wiesbaden (euro adhoc) - After the successful beginning in Germany,
ADP - the leading worldwide provider of HR and payroll outsourcing
services - will now be offering its service to some mid-size
customers in Europe using the P&I Loga application. After Germany,
the first country for expansion is Switzerland, where the first new
customers have already been landed.

P&I AG, Wiesbaden, and ADP - the leading worldwide provider of HR and
payroll outsourcing services, which has its headquarters in New
Jersey (USA) - will be further expanding the partnership that they
established in 2007. For - in the meantime - the ADP SmartPay
solution, which is tailored to mid-size customers, is also in demand
outside of Germany. ADP SmartPay is a unique service for HR
outsourcing. In this context, the well-known ADP outsourcing services
encompassing HR (Human Resources) and Payroll management are offered
to customers based on the P&I LOGA HR platform.

In Switzerland, this offer has already excited the first customers,
who will outsource payroll processing and also plan to take advantage
of additional services such as personnel management, time management
and travel expenses. Now P&I and ADP are taking this international
demand into account by expanding their co-operation arrangement. In
the near future the ADP SmartPay service offer is to be launched in
the Spanish market as well.
