Release of a voting rights announcement according to article 26,
section 1.1 WpHG (Securities Trading Act)

1. The JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, London, UK notified us
pursuant to section 21 sub-section 1 WpHG that on 9th September 2008
JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, London, UK has fallen below
the threshold of 3% of the voting rights and now amounts to 2.95 %
(486,353 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting
shares. All voting rights are attributed pursuant to section 22
sub-section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
