Publication in accordance with section 26 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG - German Sock Exchange Act). We have received the
following notification in accordance with the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG - German Stock Exchange Act): DEXIA SA, Bruxelles,
Belgium and DEXIA Banque Internationale à Luxembourg SA, Luxembourg,
Luxembourg, reported the following to the Management Board in a
letter dated October 29, 2008:

"We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 §1 of the WpHG that on
26/02/2007 the voting interest held by Dexia SA, Brussels, Belgium,
in Solar-Fabrik AG für Produktion und Vertrieb von solartechnischen
Produkten, Munzinger Str. 10, 79111 Freiburg, Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 3% and amounts to 3,08% i.e. 274.100 voting rights at
this day.

All voting rights are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22
para 1 sent.1 no.6 in connection with sent.2 of the WpHG.

We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 §1 of the WpHG that on
11/12/2007 the voting interest held by Dexia SA, Brussels, Belgium,
in Solar-Fabrik AG für Produktion und Vertrieb von solartechnischen
Produkten, Munzinger Str. 10, 79111 Freiburg, Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 5% and amounts to 5,07% i.e. 592.441 voting rights at
this day.

All voting rights are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22
para 1 sent.1 no.6 in connection with sent.2 of the WpHG.

We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 §1 of the WpHG that on
26/05/2008 the voting interest held by Dexia SA, Brussels, Belgium,
