KIEV (euro adhoc) - MNH has entered an agreement with his Partners in
Ukraine, the package deal consists in developing not only KRT/Motion
as expressed in the former Press release, but also UBC (Ukraine
business Channel) an existing digital TV in the fields of domestic
and international Business, UBC will serve as springboard for an
European and International broadcast development. Several contacts
were taken with NASDAQ, the New York Stock Exchange as well as
trading companies in London, Frankfurt Tokyo and Hong Kong to report
live the stock markets. Programmes of economics will be upgraded by
MNH staff to give relevant and competitive contents for an
international broadcast. This channel inclines today all the
technical infrastructure with a media center benefiting from last
technologies of broadcasting distribution; Today only the editorial
line, and the branding need to be improved. Fixed costs and staff
will be split with KRT/Motion, UBC and the international exposure via
satellite will take a short time as soon as the reshaping is going to
be fast enough.

The aim with UBC is to develop partnerships with important print
media such as Barrons and Wall Street Journal, Financial Times and
most of the major economic print media to report our news on both
Medias, especially one content called ?The Rating Day By Day? a
system tool checking the ability to recoup long term and short term
debt for all listed companies. Other content will deal with success
story, lots of special reports format like "Your Bank" overviewing
the work of key banks, content like ?Stock Markets?, discovering a
variety of different stock exchange in the world?? We plan to develop
in 2009 and 2010 UBC in English from London, UBC in French from
Paris, and UBC in German from Frankfurt.
