total voting rights. All of these voting rights belonged to
Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc., London, and were attributed
to Crown OC Invest Limited pursuant to Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 No.
2 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.

The undersigned Crown Ocean Capital Offshore Ltd. hereby informs you
pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights
