Great Britain, has informed us according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG
that on 26 January 2009 Cantillon Capital Management LLP has exceeded
the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG,
Paderborn, Germany, and holds 3.09% of the voting rights in the
company (equivalent to 1,023,699 voting rights) as of the
aforementioned date. Of these voting rights, 0.29% (equivalent to
96,672 voting rights) are to be attributed to the Investment Manager
pursuant to sec. 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 no. 6 and 2.80%
(equivalent to 927,027 voting rights) pursuant to sec. 22 paragraph 2
sentence 1 WpHG.

Cantillon Capital Ltd, Reading, Great Britain, has informed us
according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 26 January 2009
Cantillon Capital Ltd has exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany, and holds 3.09% of
the voting rights in the company (equivalent to 1,023,699 voting
rights) as of the aforementioned date. Of these voting rights 0.29%
(equivalent to 96,672 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Cantillon Capital Ltd pursuant to sec. 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 no.
6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG and 2.80% (equivalent to 927,027
voting rights) pursuant to sec. 22 paragraph 2 sentence 1 WpHG.

USA, has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 26
January 2009 Cantillon Capital Management LLC has exceeded the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn,
Germany, and holds 3.09% of the voting rights in the company
(equivalent to 1,023,699 voting rights) as of the aforementioned
date. Of these voting rights 2.80% (equivalent to 927,027 voting
rights) are to be attributed to Cantillon Capital Management LLC
pursuant to sec. 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG and 0.29%
(equivalent to 96,672 voting rights) pursuant to sec. 22 para 1
sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG as well as sec.
22 paragraph 2 sentence 1 WpHG.

William von Mueffling, USA, has informed us according to sec. 21
para. 1 WpHG that on 26 January 2009 he has exceeded the threshold of
3% of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany, and
holds 3.09% of the voting rights in the company (equivalent to
1,023,699 voting rights) as of the aforementioned date. These voting
rights are completely attributed to William von Mueffling according
to sec. 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 No 6 in connection with sentence 2
WpHG and pursuant to sec. 22 paragraph 2 sentence 1 WpHG.
