On February 17, 2009, Virmont S.à.r.l., Luxembourg, R.C.S. Luxembourg, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that its voting rights on
Software AG, Darmstadt, Germany, ISIN: DE0003304002, WKN: 330400, have exceeded
the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on October 18, 2007, and on that day
amount to 3.21% (this corresponds to 913015 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG, 3.21% of the voting
rights (this corresponds to 913015 voting rights) is to be attributed to Virmont
S.à.r.l. from Alken Fund SICAV.
Furthermore, Virmont S.à.r.l. has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
WpHG that its voting rights on Software AG, Darmstadt, Germany, ISIN:
DE0003304002, WKN: 330400, have exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting
rights on June 4, 2008, and on that day amount to 5.001% (this corresponds to
1430581 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG, 5.001% of the voting
rights (this corresponds to 1430581 voting rights) is to be attributed to
Virmont S.à.r.l. from Alken Fund SICAV.
