Notification pursuant to sec. 26 para. 1 Securities Trading Act
(WpHG)
1. Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, New York, USA informed us
pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 and Section 24 of the WpHG that on 25
February 2009 the voting rights of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated,
New York, USA in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany has exceeded
the threshold of 3 percent and amounted to 3.07 percent (650,908
shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting shares.
2. Morgan Stanley, The Corporation Trust Company, Delaware, USA
informed us pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 and Section 24 that on 25
February 2009 the voting rights of Morgan Stanley, The Corporation
Trust Company, Delaware, USA in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany
has exceeded the threshold of 3 percent and amounted to 3.13 percent
(662,008 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting
shares.
All voting rights are attributed pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 1 of the WpHG from Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and certain
other subsidiaries.
