Notification pursuant to sec. 26 para. 1 WpHG

1. JPMorgan Chase&Co,. New York, USA informed us pursuant to sec. 21
para. 1 of the WpHG that on 23rd March 2009 the voting rights of
JPMorgan Chase&Co. in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany have
fallen below the threshold of 3 percent and amounted to 0.00 percent
(none shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting
shares.

2. JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc., New York, USA informed us
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 23rd March 2009 the
voting rights of JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. in Demag
Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany have fallen below the threshold of 3
percent and amounted to 0.00 percent (none shares) in relation to all
shares of the respective voting shares.

3. JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings (UK) Limited, London, United
Kingdom informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on
23rd March 2009 the voting rights of JPMorgan Asset Management
Holdings (UK) Limited in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany have
fallen below the threshold of 3 percent and amounted to 0.00 percent
(none shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting
shares.

4. JPMorgan Asset Management International Limited London, United
Kingdom informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on
23rd March 2009 the voting rights of JPMorgan Asset Management
International Limited in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany have
fallen below the threshold of 3 percent and amounted to 0.00 percent
(none shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting
shares.

5. JPMorgan Investment Management Inc., New York, USA informed us
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 23rd March 2009 the
voting rights of JPMorgan Investment Management Inc., in Demag Cranes
AG, Düsseldorf, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3 percent and
amounts to 3.57 percent (756,658 shares) in relation to all shares of
the respective voting shares. Thereof 0.206 percent (43,715 voting
rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22 sub- section 1 sentence
1 no. 6 WpHG. Further 3.367 percent (712,943 voting rights) are
attributed pursuant to section 22 para 2 WpHG which are held directly
by several investment funds managed by JPMorgan Asset Management (UK)
Limited.
