Unterföhring (euro adhoc) - Munich/London, 9 April 2009 - TV-Loonland
is pleased to announce the closing of a multitude of sales with
broadcasters worldwide for its animated series LEON. Following the
shows recent acquisition by German kids broadcaster SUPER RTL,
CBBC in the UK and ABC in Australia, yet more high profile
broadcasters have picked up the series co-produced by Studio Hari,
TV-Loonland and France 3.

Within Europe, the 52 x 3 Minutes show has been licensed to Disney
Spain for its DTT (Digital Terrestrial Television) channel.
Further Free TV deals were secured with Scandinavian
broadcasters TV4 Sweden, DRTV Denmark, MTV3 Finland and the
Icelandic Broadcasting Corporation RUV alongside TV3 Catalunya
and Novi Mediji for Croatia. Chellozone Media (formerly MINIMAX)
has picked up the Pay TV rights across Central European
territories including the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and
the former Yugoslavia.

In addition LEON will be trekking Down Under and into Asia with a
home video deal signed with ABC Australia and Global TV Indonesia
acquiring the TV rights.

LEON is an hysterically-funny portrayal of one of life's unluckiest
lions. Equipped with a true hunter instinct LEON plots tirelessly to
track everything that moves! Each episode brings a new encounter - be
it with a dippy springbok, hysterical hyenas or even a love struck
hippo...But in LEON's world the prey becomes predator and the chase
always spirals out of control, leaving the poor lion often hungry.

The show is currently in production and set for full delivery by
Christmas 2009.
