on SMT Scharf AG, Hamm, Germany, have fallen below the limit of 30%
on April 21, 2009 and on that day amount to 29.83% (1,252,825 voting
rights).
Thereof 29.83% (1,252,825 voting rights) are attributed to Marfleet
Limited according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG from MS Mining
Solutions GmbH.
