104.6 million); Record net gaming revenues: up 11.1% to EUR 102.1
million (Q1 2008: EUR 91.9 million); Record EBITDA (adjusted*): up
39.2% to EUR 36.0 million (Q1 2008: EUR 25.8 million); EBITDA margin
with respect to net gaming revenues up to 35.2% (Q1 2008: 28.1%);
Number of active customers up by 25.6%, consolidating market
position; Record result after tax: up 72.9% to EUR 18.9 million (Q1
2008: EUR 11.0 million); Record net cash position: EUR 70.8 million
(Q1 2008: EUR 53.2 million)

Improved outlook for 2009

bwin raises expectations for 2009: Gross gaming revenues EUR 435 to
450 million; EBITDA (adjusted) of more than EUR 110 million;
Dividend: planned payout ratio of 30-50% on consolidated profit
reported for 2009

* Excluding non-cash expenses in connection with share-based
remuneration (IFRS 2).
