Notification pursuant to Sections 21 paragraph 1
(Stimmrechtsmitteilung) and Section 24 of the German Securities
Trading Act concerning Fraport AG.

Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, USA, notified us on its own behalf and on
behalf of such further subsidiaries as mentioned below pursuant
Section 21 paragraph 1 and Section 24 German Securities Act that:

1.Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, New York, USA on 27 May 2009,
has exceeded the threshold of 3% and 5% of the voting rights of
Fraport AG, Frankfurt Airport Services, 60547 Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, and on that day holds 5.49% (5,046,004 shares, each carrying
one voting right) of the voting rights;

and on 29 May 2009 Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, New York, USA
has fallen below the threshold of 3% and 5% of the voting rights of
Fraport AG, Frankfurt Airport Services, 60547 Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, and on that day holds 2.94% (2,700,162 shares, each carrying
one voting right) of the voting rights; and

2.The holding entity of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Morgan
Stanley, Wilmington, USA, on 28 May 2008, has also exceeded the
threshold of 3% and 5% of the voting rights of Fraport AG, Frankfurt
Airport Services, 60547 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and on that day
holds 5,71% (5,248,297 shares, each carrying one voting right)
whereby the aforementioned voting rights have to be attributed
pursuant to Section 22 paragraph 1 sent. 1 No. 1 German Securities
Trading Act;

and on 29 May 2009 the holding entity of Morgan Stanley & Co.
Incorporated, Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, USA has fallen below the
threshold of 3% and 5% of the voting rights of Fraport AG, Frankfurt
Airport Services, 60547 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and on that day
holds 2.94% (2,700,162 shares, each carrying one voting right) of the
voting rights whereby the aforementioned voting rights have to be
attributed pursuant to Section 22 paragraph 1 sent. 1 No. 1 German
Securities Trading Act.

3.This chain of entities is represented as follows (starting on the
highest level): 1)Morgan Stanley (Delaware) 2)Morgan Stanley & Co.
Incorporated.
