Air Berlin PLC: Veröffentlichung einer Stimmrechtsmitteilung (Aktien)
Die ESAS Holding A.S., Maslak/Istanbul, Türkei hat uns am 12. Juni
2009 mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der Air Berlin PLC,
Vereinigtes Königreich, ISIN: GB00B128C026, WKN: AB1000 am 4. Juni
2009 aufgrund eines Ereignisses, das zu einer Änderung der Gesamtzahl
der Stimmrechte geführt hat (Kapitalerhöhung), die Schwellen von 15%
und 14% der Stimmrechte unterschritten hat und an diesem Tag 13,9%
betrug (entspricht 10.045.031 Stimmrechten). 13,9% der Stimmrechte
(entspricht 10.045.031 Stimmrechten) sind der ESAS Holding A.S.
direkt zuzurechnen.
