Publication pursuant to § 26 Abs. 1 WpHG
Oddo Asset Management, Paris, France have informed us according to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG that their percentage of voting rights in
Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany, has exceeded the threshold of
3% on 30 June 2009 and amounts to 3.04% (1,007,171 voting rights) as
per this date. Of these voting rights, 3.04% (1,007,171 voting rights
are to be attributed to Oddo Asset Management pursuant to sec. 22
para.1 sent. 1 no.6 WpHG.
ODDO ET CIE, Paris, France have informed us according to section 21
para. 1 WpHG that their percentage of voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf
AG, Paderborn, Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% on 30 June
2009 and amounts to 3.04% (1,007,171 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 3.04% (1,007,171 voting rights) are to be
attributed to ODDO ET CIE pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sent. 1 no.6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
