2009: CompuGROUP Holding AG, one of the world's leading e-health
service providers, continues to strengthen its presence in Italy.
Effective 7 July 2009, CompuGROUP holds 90.1% interest in FimeSan SpA
of Italy.

CompuGROUP has grown organically and through acquisitions since its
founding. In June 2006, the e-health service provider entered the
Italian market by acquiring a minority interest in FimeSan SpA.
Effective today, CompuGROUP has significantly strengthened its
commitment in Italy by increasing its interest in FimeSan to over
90%.

CompuGROUP's goal is to make relevant medical information available
to healthcare providers through electronic decision support systems
on a timely basis. To accomplish that objective, it is important to
ensure that individuals and organizations involved in the healthcare
system, are effectively networked across sector boundaries. The
business fields of FimeSan are ideally suited to the CompuGROUP

research. The consolidation of our interest in FimeSan was just the
