Correction of a notification pursuant to sec. 26 para. 1 WpHG
Polaris Capital Management, LLC, Boston, USA informed us pursuant to
sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 01 July 2009 the voting rights of
Polaris Capital Management, LLC, USA in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf,
Germany have fallen below the threshold of 3 percent and amounted to
2.905 % percent (615,000 shares) in relation to all shares of the
respective voting shares.
All voting rights are attributed pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 of the WpHG.
