Notification of voting rights (Stimmrechtsmitteilung) pursuant to
sections 21 (1), 22(1) sent. 1 no. 6, sent. 2 and 3 German Securities
Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG)

1. On July 7, 2009, the stake of Artisan Partners Limited Partnership
(until recently known as NewCo LP), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, in the
voting rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide,
Flughafen Frankfurt, 60547 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 3%. On that date, Artisan Partners Limited Partnership
held 2.99% in relation to all voting rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt
Airport Services Worldwide (voting rights arising from 2,743,939
ordinary shares (Stammaktien); Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services
Worldwide has issued ordinary shares only). All voting rights in
Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide were attributed to
Artisan Partners Limited Partnership pursuant to section 22 (1) sent.
1 no. 6 WpHG.

2. On July 7, 2009, the stake of Artisan Investments GP LLC,
Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, in the voting rights in Fraport AG
Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide, Flughafen Frankfurt, 60547
Frankfurt am Main, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3%. On that
date, Artisan Investments GP LLC held 2.99% in relation to all voting
rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide (voting
rights arising from 2,743,939 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All
voting rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide were
attributed to Artisan Investments GP LLC pursuant to section22 (1)
sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.

3. On July 8, 2009, the stake of Artisan Partners Holdings LP (until
recently known as Artisan Partners Limited Partnership), Milwaukee,
Wisconsin, USA, in the voting rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport
Services Worldwide, Flughafen Frankfurt, 60547 Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Artisan
Partners Holdings LP held 2.89% in relation to all voting rights in
Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide (voting rights
arising from 2,652,885 ordinary shares (Stammaktien); Fraport AG
Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide has issued ordinary shares
only). Of such voting rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services
Worldwide, 0.20% (voting rights arising from 187,950 ordinary shares)
were attributed to Artisan Partners Holdings LP pursuant to section
22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG, and 2.69% (voting rights arising from
2,464,935 ordinary shares) were attributed to Artisan Partners
Holdings LP pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.

4. On July 8, 2009, the stake of Artisan Investment Corporation,
Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, in the voting rights in Fraport AG
Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide, Flughafen Frankfurt, 60547
Frankfurt am Main, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3%. On that
date, Artisan Investment Corporation held 2.89% in relation to all
voting rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide
(voting rights arising from 2,652,885 ordinary shares (Stammaktien);
Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide has issued ordinary
shares only). All that voting rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport
Services Worldwide were attributed to Artisan Investment Corporation
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.

5. On July 8, 2009, the stake of ZFIC, Inc., Milwaukee, Wisconsin,
USA, in the voting rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services
Worldwide, Flughafen Frankfurt, 60547 Frankfurt am Main, Germany,
fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, ZFIC, Inc. held 2.89%
in relation to all voting rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport
Services Worldwide (voting rights arising from 2,652,885 ordinary
shares (Stammaktien); Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide
has issued ordinary shares only). All that voting rights in Fraport
AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide were attributed to ZFIC, Inc.
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.
