New CFO at CURANUM
The Supervisory Board of CURANUM AG, Munich, one of the largest
private care facility operators in Germany, has appointed Judith
Barth (38) as the company's new CFO with immediate effect.
Judith Barth was born in Erbendorf, Upper Palatinate, and,
after having completed commercial vocational training, studied
business administration at the University of Passau. After her
studies she worked for several years in the auditing department
of Ernst & Young AG, Munich, before switching to CURANUM AG's
finance and accounting department in 2004. Judith Barth was
appointed to head up the financial bookkeeping department of
CURANUM AG in 2005, and was appointed a company officer. Ms.
Barth was promoted to the position of managing director of CURANUM
Holding GmbH in 2007, and has been a member of the CURANUM
Group management since then. She has been active as the director
of CURANUM AG's financial and bookkeeping department as of early
2009.
As a result of the appointment of Judith Barth as CFO alongside
Bernd Rothe (CEO) and Sabine Weirich (COO), CURANUM AG's
Management Board once again consists of three members.
The Management and Supervisory boards would like to wish Judith
Barth every success, and look forward to a continuation of their
good cooperation.
