Schrobenhausen (euro adhoc) - September 9, 2009 - There is currently
speculation among traders about a substantial package of shares
coming onto the market. The rumours claim that a shareholder is
intending to sell 2.17 million shares, or almost 12.7 percent of the
company's entire shares. In response, BAUER AG has stated: "BAUER AG
is not aware of any shareholder with 12% of the free float. No shares
belonging to the Bauer family will be sold."
