WAB Privatstiftung (private trust) has given notice in writing dated October 16,
2009, that the interest in Christ Water Technology AG of more than 25% was
reduced to below 5% by tendering the shares into the takeover offer of Eimco
Water Technologies GmbH (supported by GLV Inc.) on October 15th. As a result,
WAB Privatstiftung does not hold any more voting rights of Christ Water
Technology AG.
The takeover transaction is subject to the successful fulfilment of conditions
of the takeover offer of Eimco Water Technologies GmbH.
