Vienna, 30 October 2009. In accordance with § 93 (2) of the Austrian Stock
Exchange Act and because of an announcement of voting rights on 28 October 2009,
ECO Business-Immobilien AG hereby reports that a legal opinion issued by the
Austrian Takeover Commission on 23 October 2009 indicates that conwert
Immobilien Invest SE, Wiener Privatbank SE, Günter Kerbler and Johann Kowar are
considered to be legal entities acting in concert to whom a total of 9,573,614
shares in ECO Business-Immobilien AG are attributable. This represents a
combined holding (rounded) equal to 28.08% of the share capital and voting
rights of ECO Business-Immobilien AG. The reason for this announcement of voting
rights is to disclose the calculation by the Austrian Takeover Commission of the
ECO investments owned by various legal entities and natural persons.

The following individual investments in ECO Business-Immobilien AG are
attributable to the above-mentioned legal entities: conwert Immobilien Invest SE
holds 7,530,900 shares directly and 3,660 shares indirectly through ECO
Management GmbH. Wiener Privatbank SE holds 1,011,100 shares directly, while a
further 611,910 shares held by Boden-Invest Beteiligungsgesellschaft m.b.H. & Co
KEG and 137,330 shares held by Boden-Invest Beteiligungsgesellschaft m.b.H. & Co
"Victor" KEG are attributable to Wiener Privatbank SE. A total of 187,000 shares
held by third parties are attributable to Mr. Kerbler based on a call-put
option. Mr. Kowar holds 91,714 shares.

Additionally, the legal entities acting in concert have transferred 1,565,086
shares representing 4.59% of the share capital of ECO Business-Immobilien AG to
a trustee. The exercise of the voting rights from the shares held in custody by
the trustee has been contractually excluded.

In accordance with § 26a of the Austrian Takeover Act, the voting rights
attributable to the shares held by the legal entities acting in concert that
exceed 26% of the voting rights in ECO Business-Immobilien AG have been
suspended.
