The Management Board of RHI AG announces that it received a letter from FEWI
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH stating the following:
"Dr. Wilhelm Winterstein transferred a share of 4,000,000 voting rights in RHI
AG, Vienna, to FEWI Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Großdingharting (D), on 11
November 2009, which as a result surpassed the reporting thresholds of 5 percent
and 10 percent in accordance with § 91 para. 1 BörseG. Dr. Wilhelm Winterstein
thus fell below the reporting thresholds of 10 percent and 5 percent in
accordance with 91 para. 1 BörseG. The shares of FEWI Beteiligungsgesellschaft
mbH, Großdingharting (D), are attributable to Dr. Wilhelm Winterstein in
accordance with § 92 figure 4 BörseG, who thus surpassed the reporting
thresholds of 5 percent and 10 percent in accordance with § 92 in conjunction
with § 91 para. 1 BörseG."
