Vienna, 09.02.2010. On 20 January 2010 in its ad-hoc-release, conwert
Immobilien Invest SE publicly disclosed that stabilisation may occur
with respect to the issue of convertible bonds, ISIN AT0000A0GMD6,
pursuant to article 9 para. 1 of the Regulation (EC) 2273/2003.
