amendment of the disclosure made for trade date 01/12/2009 relating to BlackRock
Jersey International Holdings, L.P. The name of the company has now been
correctly updated to BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P.
In accordance with Sections 21 Paragraph 1 and 24 WpHG BR Jersey International
Holdings, L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, UK have informed us that the percentage
holding of their voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany exceeded
the threshold of 3% on 01.12.2009 and amounts to 3,55% (1,175,174 voting shares)
