At today´s meeting, the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board of
Sartorius AG resolved to submit a proposal to the Annual
Shareholders´ Meeting on April 21, 2010, to pay the dividends in the
same amounts as in the previous year: 0.42 euro per preference share
and 0.40 euro per ordinary share.
