On 9 April 2010, Federated Investors Inc., Pittsburgh, PA, USA, in the name and
on behalf of the Federated Kaufmann Fund, Pittsburgh, PA, USA, made the
following notifications regarding the holding of voting rights held in
Epigenomics AG pursuant to § 21 para. 1 WpHG:
On 6 April 2010 the voting rights in Epigenomics AG held by Federated Kaufmann
Fund fell below the 3 per cent thresholds of § 21 para. 1 WpHG and Federated
Kaufmann Fund held at this date 2.89 per cent (i.e. 1,275,180 shares with
voting rights of the 44,092,085 shares outstanding at that date) in Epigenomics
AG.
