has informed MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG (ISIN DE0005187603), Hamburg,
Germany, pursuant to sections 21 para. 1 and 22 para. 1 German Securities Act
(WpHG) about the following:

On April 12, 2010 Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l., Luxembourg, 65,
Boulevard Grande Duchess Charlotte, L-1331, Luxembourg, exceeded the thresholds
of 30% and 50% of voting rights in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG, ISIN
DE0005187603, Hamburg, Germany. As of that date, Corsair III Investments
(Luxembourg) S.à.r.l. held 59,69% of the voting rights (corresponding to
10,871,274 voting rights) in MPC Capital AG. From such voting rights 29,90%
(corresponding to 5,445,662 voting rights) are directly held by Corsair III
Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l. 29,79% of the voting rights (corresponding to
5,425,612 voting rights), which are directly held by MPC Münchmeyer Petersen &
Co. GmbH, Hamburg, Germany, are attributed to and held indirectly by Corsair III
Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l. according to Section 22, para. 2 WpHG. None of
the voting rights have been acquired via financial instruments within the
meaning of Section 25 WpHG.

Accordingly, each of the following entities associated with Corsair III
Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l. (the "Corsair Entities") also exceeded the
thresholds of 30% and 50% of voting rights in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG
on April 12, 2010, and indirectly held 59,69% of the voting rights
(corresponding to 10,871,274 voting rights). From such voting rights 29,90%
(corresponding to 5,445,662 voting rights) which are directly held by Corsair
III Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l. , are attributed to the Corsair Entities
according to Section 22, para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG. 29,79% of the voting
rights (corresponding to 5,425,612 voting rights), which are directly held by
MPC Münchmeyer Petersen & Co. GmbH, are attributed to the Corsair Entities
according to 22, para. 2 WpHG:
