departure of the Vice President for Business Development & Global
Marketing Reuven Freudinger

Reuven Freudinger (60), Vice President Business Development & Global
Marketing at LifeWatch AG since 2004, has decided to leave the
company to pursue different opportunities.

The Board of Directors thanks Reuven Freudinger for his work over the
years.
