AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE) approved at today´s Annual General
Meeting in Zurich all proposals of the Board of Directors.

Gregory Henry Volkart, Dr. Abraham Sartani and Urs Wettstein were
re-elected as members of the Board of Directors for a one-year term
of office. The National Councillor Jürg Stahl was elected as new
member of the Board for a one-year term of office.
