On 18 September 2009 FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda fell below the threshold of
5% of the voting rights in Kontron AG, Oskar-von-Miller Strasse 1, 85386 Eching
/ Munich, Germany. On that Date, FIL Limited held 4.95% of the voting rights in
Kontron AG arising from 2,753,868 voting rights.

Of this amount, 0.06% (30,843 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant sec.
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG and 4,89% (2,723,025
voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant sec. 2 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
The voting rights were attributed to FIL Limited inter alia from Fidelity Funds
SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3 % or more of the voting rights in Kontron

arising from 2,753,868 voting rights.

All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to FIL Investment Management
Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Investment management Limited
inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of
the voting rights in Kontron AG.

/ Munich, Germany. On that Date, FIL Holdings Limited held 2.88% of the voting
rights in Kontron AG arising from 1,602,135 voting rights.

Of this amount, 0.009% (4,903 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant sec.
