In accordance with Articles 21 ff. of the WpHG, OVB Holding AG was notified by

"We disclose in line with Article 21 (1) of the WpHG that on 30 June 2010 our
voting rights in OVB Holding AG fell below the treshhold of 50.00 % and amount
now 32.565% (4,641,000 voting rights). All of these voting rights (32.565% or
4,641,000 voting rights) are attributable to us in line with Article 22 (1)
Clause 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.

This 32.565% of the voting rights is attributed to us in line with Article 22
(1) Clause 1, No. 1 of the WpHG by the following direct / indirect
subsidiaries, whose voting rights in OVB Holding AG each amounted to 3% or
more:

- Bâloise Delta Holding S.à.r.l.

- BASLER Versicherung Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH

- Deutscher Ring Lebensversicherungs-Aktiengesellschaft

- DEUTSCHER RING Beteiligungsholding GmbH."

2. Bâloise Delta Holding S.à.r.l., Bartringen, Luxembourg

"We disclose in line with Article 21 (1) of the WpHG that on 30 June 2010 our
voting rights in OVB Holding AG fell below the treshhold of 50.00 % and amount
now 32.565% (4,641,000 voting rights). All of these voting rights (32.565% or
4,641,000 voting rights) are attributable to us in line with Article 22 (1)
Clause 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.

This 32.565% of the voting rights is attributed to us in line with Article 22
(1) Clause 1, No. 1 of the WpHG by the following direct / indirect
subsidiaries, whose voting rights in OVB Holding AG each amounted to 3% or
more:

- BASLER Versicherung Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH

- Deutscher Ring Lebensversicherungs-Aktiengesellschaft

voting rights in OVB Holding AG fell below the treshhold of 50.00 % and amount
