9-month report

Hamburg (euro adhoc) - SinnerSchrader ended the first nine months of
the 2009/2010 financial year (1 September 2009 to 31 May 2010) with
net revenues of EUR 17.1 million and an operating result (EBITA) of
EUR 1.05 million. Net revenues rose by 10 per cent compared to the
same period in the previous year. Growth increased from 6.4 per cent
in the first quarter to 10.8 per cent in the second quarter and 13.1
per cent in the third quarter of 2009/2010. Net revenues in the third
quarter amounted to EUR 5.9 million.

The proportion of net revenues accounted for by business with new
customers continued to rise in the third quarter and amounted to
nearly 13 per cent during the first nine months of the year. In the
third quarter, SinnerSchrader won contracts with the Gucci Group,
s.Oliver, Versatel and others.

The operating result (EBITA) in the first nine months of the
2009/2010 financial year was nearly EUR 0.3 million, or 34 per cent,
higher than in the comparable period last year. SinnerSchrader
continued to invest in the establishment of the new business fields
of e-commerce outsourcing and ad serving. Initial losses here
amounted to EUR 1 million in the period under report, compared to EUR
0.6 million in the previous year. Consolidated income in the
nine-month period amounted to a good EUR 0.4 million, which
corresponds to 4 cents per share.

Based on current information, SinnerSchrader anticipates net revenues
of at least EUR 23.3 million and an operating result (EBITA) of at
least EUR 1.8 million for the full year. This would correspond to
revenue growth of over 11 per cent and an improvement in earnings of
nearly EUR 0.4 million, or 25 per cent. Due to a slower establishment
of business in the new business fields SinnerSchrader would thus not
grow faster than in the 2008/2009 financial year, as had initially
been forecast, but would nevertheless achieve its operative earnings
targets.

In the financial year so far, operating cash flow amounted to a good
EUR 1.3 million. The liquidity reserve reached EUR 7.5 million as of
31 May 2010, which is EUR 0.4 million below the reserve on 31 August
2009. The equity ratio was 60.6 per cent as of the report date. On 31
May 2010, the SinnerSchrader Group had 299 employees.
