and amounted to 2.98% of the voting rights (352,815 voting rights) as of July 7,
2010.
All voting rights in Delticom AG were attributed to FIL Investment Management
Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2

notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights
