AGRANA, Weltmarktführer bei Fruchtzubereitungen, weitet seine
Aktivitäten nach Brasilien aus und wird in Cabreuva, Bundesstaat Sao
Paolo, eine neue Produktionsstätte errichten, die bereits im zweiten
Quartal 2007 in Betrieb gehen soll. Im ersten Geschäftsjahr 2007|08
werden rund 3.000 Tonnen Fruchtzubereitungen für die brasilianische
Molkereiindustrie hergestellt, ab 2008 ist eine Produktionsmenge von
5.500 Tonnen geplant. Die neue Tochtergesellschaft AGRANA FRUIT
BRASIL LTDA. wird gemeinsam mit dem brasilianischen Unternehmen
RICAELI, einem Produzenten von Tiefkühlfrüchten und Tiefkühlpürees,
betrieben, der bis zu 25 Prozent der Geschäftsanteile halten wird.
Die Investition beträgt rund 5 Mio. EUR.
