voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has fallen below the
threshold of 5% on 25.08.2010 and amounts to 4.43% (1,465,942 voting shares) on
that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to Section
22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

2. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock Financial
Management, Inc., New York, U.S.A have informed us on August 31, 2010, that the
percentage holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany
has fallen below the threshold of 5% on 25.08.2010 and amounts to 4.40%
(1,456,900 voting shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Financial Management,
Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with

3. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc.,
Wilmington, Delaware, U.S.A have informed us on August 31, 2010 that the
percentage holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany
has fallen below the threshold of 5% on 25.08.2010 and amounts to 4.40%
(1,456,900 voting shares) on that day.
