Exchange (Prime Standard) by 31 January 2010.

Of the overall 1,209,537 subscription rights to be
transferred, 113,080 subscription rights are directly
allocated to James D. Weaver, 290,343 subscription rights
are allocated to James D. Weaver as trustee with sole power
of disposition of several trusts created under the laws of
Texas and 806,114 subscription rights are allocated to
James D. Weaver as trustee with joint power of disposition
