conwert Immobilien Invest SE exceeded the threshold of 90% on 20 September 2010.
conwert Immobilien Invest SE now holds a total of 30,819,372 voting rights, or
90.38% of the shares, in ECO Business-Immobilien AG either directly or through
parties acting in concert on the takeover.
