informed us on February 23, 2007 that the shareholding of Schroders
plc in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany, went below the 3 %
treshold and amounted to 2.87 % (474,748 shares) on January 24, 2007.
These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Schroders
plc pursuant to § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 6 and S. 2 and S. 3 WpHG.

In accordance with § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG Schroder Administration Limited,
London, UK, have informed us on February 23, 2007 that the
shareholding of Schroder Administration Limited in Wincor Nixdorf AG,
Paderborn, Germany, 2007 went below the 3 % treshold and amounted to
2.87 % (474,748 shares) on January 24, 2007. These voting rights are
in their entirety attributable to Schroder Administration Limited
pursuant to § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 6 and S. 2 and S. 3 WpHG.

In accordance with § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG Schroder Investment Management
Ltd., London, UK, have informed us on February 23, 2007 that the
shareholding of Schroder Investment Management Ltd. in Wincor Nixdorf
AG, Paderborn, Germany, went below the 3 % treshold and amounted to
2.87 % (474,748 shares) on January 24, 2007. These voting rights are
in their entirety attributable to Schroder Investment Management Ltd.
