Langenscheidt subsidiary Hexaglot accompanies you eloquently on every
(business) trip around the globe in two languages (German/English)

million entries in total. Various dictionaries and vocabulary sets

Small but powerful: The Attaché is not much bigger than a mobile
phone and combines accomplished modern design with a multitude of
functions and data content. A large, user-friendly display and
generous keypad make the language computer communication tool a real
joy to use. A zoom function on the large non-reflecting LCD allows
the font size to be adjusted easily at the touch of a button.

Behind the simple, elegant case is the expansive vocabulary of the
Collins German-English dictionary and a collection of specialist
Engineering and Economics dictionaries from the Langenscheidt
publishing house as well as a five-language gastronomic dictionary.
Over 5.1 million entries help when translating text, preparing for
talks, in meetings and when out shopping. No matter whether small
talk or technical discussion - dictionary entries in the Attaché are
just as comprehensive as lexicon entries and are always succinct and
accurate.

No longer speechless in Seattle

The extremely broad collection of phrases includes for the first
time suggestions for stylistically confident text that meet the
demands of professionals. Correspondence is given a final touch and
ambiguities and language peculiarities avoided.

The user can configure a number of personal settings. Convenient
functions, such as fast omnipresent suggestion list, entry preview,
word form and synonym search, cross-reference function and many more
make the device easy and effective to use. If a word is missing, it
can be added to a user dictionary that can be exported using an SD
card and transferred to a PC for editing.

Do you speak English?

Virtually all English catchwords and example sentences in the
Attaché have been recorded by native speakers and are available to
the user as sound recordings - simply listen using the built-in
speaker or earphone supplied.

Another main feature of the Hexaglot Attaché is its clever
vocabulary learning system. Use your own vocabulary lists or any
previously defined. The proven "card learning system" has been
implemented in the Hexaglot Attaché and guarantees effective
broadening of personal vocabulary.
