Koblenz (euro adhoc) - Coblenz, 19th June 2007 - Today, CompuGROUP
issued its guidance for

revenue and profitability for the year 2007. The Executive Board expects
for the full 2007 revenue and EBITDA to grow about 40 pc and a growth rate
of about 50 pc for "Cash Net Income". Shareholders acquiring shares at the
recent public offering have predominantly looked at measuring
profitability by Cash Net Income which is net income plus amortization of
intangibles resulting from the acquisition of companies.

CompuGROUP issues this guidance at its annual shareholders meeting in
Frankfurt today. CompuGROUP went to the public market in early May selling
shares at EUR 18 per share. Today, at its first annual shareholders
meeting after being listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt stock
exchange, CompuGROUP institutes the policy to issue guidance on revenue
and profitability for the year.

Main growth
CompuGROUP expects 25 percentage points of the growth rate for the profit
to be achieved with its traditional products doctors' software and
communication services between doctors and other participants of the
health sector and 15 percentage points to result from the new product
software for hospitals.

The growth rate translates into sales of about EUR 190-200 million, EBITDA
of about 55 million and Cash Net Income of about 37 million.

software for hospitals and consumer oriented health services like the
personal web-based health record for persons preferring to have their own
information and their own control of their personal health records.
