Pink Elephant, an independent IT service management education and
consulting provider. The current software version Valuemation 3.1 has
received the certificate "PinkVerifyTM Service Support Enhanced".
This testifies: Valuemation supports the world-wide de facto standard
for ITIL best practices comprehensively. Implementing ITIL service
