Amendment to the publication dated 8 May 2007

Amendment: Disclosure pursuant to section 26, paragraph 1 WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act)

On 16 July 2007, Standard Capital Partners informed us about a
correction and notified us that its voting interest in KSB AG,
Frankenthal, exceeded the 3 % threshold on 26 April 2007. The 27,370
voting shares held by the company represent 3.087 % of the issued
share capital of KSB AG. These voting rights are attributed to
Standard Capital Partners N.V. pursuant to section 22, paragraph 1,
sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG. The voting rights are attributed to Standard
Capital Partners N.V. in its function as investment manager of Rhine
Alpha and other funds.

In addition, Luma Holdings Corporate Ltd., Road Town, Tortola,
British Virgin Islands, informed us on 16 July 2007 about a
correction and notified us that its voting interest in KSB AG,
Frankenthal, exceeded the 3 % threshold on 26 April 2007. The 27,370
voting shares held by the company represent 3.087 % of the issued
share capital of KSB AG. These voting rights are attributed to Luma
Holdings Corporate Ltd. pursuant to section 22, paragraph 1, sentence
1 No. 6 (and sentence 2) WpHG. The voting rights are attributed to
Luma Holdings Corporate Ltd. through its subsidiary Standard Capital
Partners N.V., which is the investment manager of Rhine Alpha and
other funds.

Luma Holdings Corporate Ltd. also informed us that it does not have a
majority shareholder.
