The COMPUTERLINKS Group increased turnover and profit in the 1st half
of 2007 achieving growth rates in double figures compared to the same
period last year. Group turnover rose by 15.5% in the 1st half of
2007 to 205.1 million Euro (1st half of 2006: 177.6 million Euro).
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation
(EBITDA) improved by 15.4% to 7.2 million Euro in the 1st half of
2007 compared to 6.3 million Euro in the 1st half of 2006. Net income
for the period rose from 3.7 million Euro (1st half of 2006) to 4.1
million Euro in the 1st half of 2007 (+ 11.3%) and earnings per share
increased from 0.55 Euro to 0.62 Euro (+ 11.2%).

Group turnover for the 2nd quarter of 2007 increased by 17.8% to
103.1 million Euro (2nd quarter of 2006: 87.6 million Euro). Gross
margins stood at 14.1% in the 2nd quarter of 2007 and therefore
improved compared to the 1st quarter of 2007 at 14.0%. Earnings
before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) in the
2nd quarter of 2007 rose by 17.1% to 3.7 million Euro (2nd quarter of
2006: 3.2 million Euro). Net income for the period for the 2nd
quarter of 2007 was 2.1 million Euro compared to 1.8 million Euro in
the 2nd quarter of 2006 (+17.4%). This resulted in an increase in the
earnings per share of 17.3% to 0.32 Euro (2nd quarter of 2006: 0.27
Euro).

continued the encouraging start to the year also in the second
quarter of 2007. Our acquisition in Dubai, the company Fusion, has
been contributing to the Group's results since 1st April 2007. We are
pleased with the decidedly positive start of our new company in the
Middle East. After a drop in turnover in the 1st quarter of 2007
COMPUTERLINKS North America is back on the anticipated growth path.
Our most important manufacturer, Crossbeam, has implemented its
product changeover. In addition Blue Coat, another important
manufacturer for North America, has been signed up - initial Blue
Coat projects have already been finalised. We expect a positive trend
of business for the summer quarter similar to that of the two first
quarters of the current financial year, before we experience a
significant growth in business activity in the last quarter of 2007
customary for the end of the year."
