On 16 August 2007 M&G Investment Management Limited has fallen below
the 5% threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG and now holds 4,89% (2,019,000
shares held with voting rights) of the voting rights in K+S AG. It
was attributed these 4,89% (2,019,00 shares held with voting rights)
of the voting rights in K+S AG pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG.

2 Notification of voting rights in the name and on behalf of M&G
Limited

M&G Limited has fallen below the 5% threshold of § 21 para.1 WpHG on
16 August 2007 and now holds 4,91% (2,027,101 shares held with voting
rights) of the voting rights in K+S AG. It was attributed these 4,91%
(2,027,101 shares held with voting rights) of the voting rights in
K+S AG pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
§ 22 para 1 sent. 2 WpHG.

3 Notification of voting rights in the name of M&G Group Limited

M&G Group Limited has fallen below the 5% threshold of § 21 para. 1
WpHG on 16 August 2007 and now hold 4,91% (2,027,101 shares held with
voting rights) of the voting rights in K+S AG. The company was
attributed these 4,91% (2,027,101 shares held with voting rights) of
the voting rights in K+S AG pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG in connection with § 22 para 1 sent. 2 WpHG.

4 Notification of voting rights in our own name

We, Prudential plc, have fallen below the 5% threshold of § 21 para.
